Hello! I'm Renato Eiji Kitazuka, originally from Brazil, and I've spent over 20 years helping organizations achieve Operational Excellence through Lean principles and the Toyota Production System.
My Lean journey began at Toyota do Brasil, where I specialized in localizing engine components and building supplier partnerships. I went on to lead Kaizen and process improvement projects at Delphi Automotive, where I helped reduce lead times and production scrap by 80% and delivered millions in operational savings.
I have broad experience across industries, from automotive and manufacturing to education and services. My work at companies like Fontana Gruppo and McGraw-Hill Education included deploying Lean systems, training leaders, and driving measurable results in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
As Vice President of Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement at Teleperformance – AllianceOne Inc., I've led company-wide Lean Six Sigma initiatives, improved EBIT performance, and built a culture of continuous improvement using advanced digital tools.
I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Toyota Production System Sensei, and co-author of Toyota by Toyota. Fluent in Portuguese and English, I enjoy sharing my knowledge, supporting clients, and contributing to Honsha.ORG's mission of spreading Lean excellence and social impact.
